Description
Parents called him advising that there were mattresses, furniture that were thrown in the rear of their home in the alley. There's a C-Van that comes that can't pull in their driveway and the trash truck will also have a hard time getting through..This is the third time this has happened; caller states his parents are both elderly. Caller states he had to remove some of it but it isn't their trash and is concerned that it keeps happening.
