Description

Tree has broken and fallen on power lines. This has been reported several times with No action! This tree has broken the city light twice, damaged the city trash truck and is down blocking the alley. Code enforcement should have been contacted by the city arborist who came out twice or the crew who fixed the light. No follow-up. Dominion has been contacted twice, however the man who fixed the light stated the top line belongs to the city. This is beyond not safe.
