Description

Message: Hi, I am a new resident in the Chestnut Hills neighborhood - my husband and I just purchased a home here. We have concerns about a tree in our backyard that is causing interference with the powerlines in the alleyway behind our home. We were told by a contractor to ask the city to either remove the limbs causing interference or remove the tree entirely as it has been completely overtaken with invasive Ivy and will likely cause more issues in the future. The house was vacant
