Description
On 6/24 City Of Richmond Public Utilities were on site at 102 and 104 N. Plum Street to replace water lines under the street and sidewalk up to our properties. The street and sidewalk were simply covered with loose stone gravel and no ETA for re-pavement or sidewalk repair. The gravel is uneven, loose and in direct proximity to our residential gates and porch entry which we need to access to enter our property.
