itizen's daughter in law called back to check the status. I told her that per Arborist no work was needed and tree was in good condition. She stated her mother in law just needed it pruned some because it hanging over top of her house. This Service Request is still open. I will check with the Arborist to find out if this would be the citizen's responsibility if on private property.

Ms. Tillman's daughter in law called to check the status. She waited two weeks for a response. Ms. Tillman is requesting some pruning from over her home. She is not saying at all that the tree is dead. She believes it is very healthy just some pruning needed. Sent another email to the Arborist S. Lilly.
