Mr Hockaday states that someone open a fire hydrant and all the bricks came up from around the fire hydrant and he needs someone to come out and replace the bricks

    his location is a 40 feet by 12 feet of damage to the sidewalk. there is tree roots involved. I am going to check with the citizen, because he states that the damage came from an fire hydrant situation.
