Description

City Tree beside our property on Henrico Blvd has low hanging branches - causing a couple of issues - kids jumping up and ripping branches down and making a mess and people/trucks going under hitting roof of vehicles. Also, the tree branches on the otherside are starting to growing into our house. We live at 3700 Edgewood Ave, Richmond, VA 23222, but the tree is on the otherside of the sidewalk on Henrico Blvd.
