Description

In accordance with City Ordinance, No. 2007-230-275, most of the trash and recycling bins are blocking the alleyway behind 407 S Harrison St. It appears that there are at least 10 scattered throughout the alleyway. This has caused incidences that can lead to accidents as many people cut through the alleyway at high speeds.
