Description

Complained of tree maintenance on City Property several years ago, tree was trimmed but the branches has grown back; tree branches fell last night on her car put several dents in her car; roots of tree has caused sidewalk to be puckle and on the curb the tree roots on the outside causing an issue when parking. Pictures were taken along with filing a police report
