Ms Smith states that she has a tree that in front of her home that needs pruning, the tree limbs grew over the powerlines, and all of the trees on meadowbridge road needs pruning

    311 Quality Assurance - Ms Smith's listed phone number that she called to Richmond 311 from is 804-420-5894 not 646-7000.. She is concerned because large limbs keep falling from the tree. None of her property has been damaged but she is fearful something bad will happen if large limbs keep falling. On this call she is asking for the Arborist to please share a call to her.

She would like to have in writing from the Arborist that no work is needed at this time on the City tree at her home. She stated limbs are continuing to fall and she is afraid that there will be damage.
