Description

Another large branch fell from tree between 5008 Sylvan Rd and the sidewalk. The tree limb fell on my car but did not create damage this time as I was pulled farther up from it. This is the second large limb to fall from this tree and the first damaged my windshield. I put in a previous 311 report for that incident. The tree is in ill health and probably needs to come down, it has more dead limbs and the base of the tree appears to be dying as well.
