Description

As in my previous request, there are several trees along Spring Grove Drive that are choked out by English Ivy and lean ( more each week) over the street. In the past trees we have had these leaning ( reported to city )trees fell causing property damage. The city refused to pay for the damage[Eye roll].

    Unsure of what trees are exhibiting distress. Need more specific information. Ivy is not a concern on trees and upon inspection there appeared to be no signs of visible distress.
