Description
There is graffiti all along e Main Street from 18th street on down to the roundabout at dock street/e Main before Rocketts landing. It is on garbage cans, street poles, sides of buildings, concrete and brick walls, and under the tracks at the roundabout. It has been many many months since this has been painted there. It is obviously a group of individuals as the graffiti is all the same. It is an eyesore and the complacenowith this situation is disturbing to me as a taxpayer and a resident.
