Message: Good Morning. There is an oak tree on the Springhill Avenue side of my yard, on city property, that has a very large dead branch in it. The branch is over Springhill and still seems strongly attached, but a good storm might bring it down. I need to contact the city arborist. Thanks, Elizabeth Hodges
