Description

Growth coming over to private property at 4019 Collingbourne Road .... must enter the address 4011 Collingbourne Rd to take debris down. It sits on the city property, small easement. It should not be growing over to private property. It also is growing up the telecommunication/internet pole. The pole sits on easement at property location 4011 Collingbourne Rd & 4024 Southampton Rd 23235. Both addresses have growth growing over fence to 4019 Collingbourne Rd 23235. Please address .
