Description

Caller needs the COR tree to the playground fell in the back of her home and the tree is still there. This is her fourth time calling and now snakes are crawling from the tree. Caller states she called this concern in years ago. And now all the grass and tree debris has grown up and snakes are in it. Previous request from 2018 closed DPW000010276 advised completed 12-09-19 but caller says not true.
