Description
Lots of dirt and gravel (several inches deep) washed into road intersection because the ditches on Lookout and Grandview coming down the hill are filled with silt and debris, and there is no drainage underneath Riverside for water to drain to creek on the other side of the road. Instead everything washes into the road and stays there. It is eroding the pavement and is a traffic hazard.
