Description

A very old tree on the southwest corner of Malvern and West Franklin is diseased and has been dropping limbs both large and small on the street, sidewalk and my property. It has a large number of significant limbs that are bare of leaves. I request its removal before people or cars are injured, or my property damaged. An arborest showed me where the tree is diseased withj no recourse.
