Description

Trying to reach Mr. Winston in reference to a blacktop/asphalt in front of home. There's water washing away his lot because he doesn't have a culvert. Caller states he needs to speak directly with someone about the curving/burm at the edge so water wouldn't run to the lot. Caller states when Cherokee Rd was blacktopped it wasn't replaced.
