Description

Citizen requesting to have a tree trimmed, the limbs are breaking and rotting. The tree is affecting both 1423 Rogers Street and 1424 Rogers it has caused damage to both properties

    been calling for three years about limbs that are breaking fences. The trees are leaning over the house and the limbs up in the tree is rotten. The COR tree is a hazard to his house and anyone walking on the sidewalk.
