Description

Citizen is requesting that a tree on the right side of his home be pruned. Mr. Wright said he would like to see the tree removed all together. He said the tree is leaning towards his house and the top of the tree is dead and causing problem with the sidewalk.

    Citizen called stating the tree is leaning towards his house and the roots are on top of the ground. After speaking with him I realized there was already a service request opened so I called Mr. Wright back and explained to him that the Arborist came out on 6/26 and pruned the tree and left him a voice mail message. Mr. Wright no one had been out to prune the tree and he did not get a vm message. He said the tree is rotten at the top and box trucks come by and hit the tree. He stated if the tree falls he will sue the city. He stated he is home bound and is always home. He stated if you face his house the tree is on the left side. Previous comments state the right side.
