Description

People pay absolutely no attention to street signage limiting speed. The speed limit signs say 25 for this residential area but cars regularly drive upwards of 35-40 mph. Where Kaki Rd turns to Winter Rd is a curve, that is dangerous for pedestrians when speeding drivers aren't paying attention. A speed hump would force people to pay attention and slow down as they are flying through this neighborhood.

DPW installed several 25mph signs. I alerted the Richmond Police Department about your concerns for a possible deployment of a speed radar trailer and key enforcement.
