Description

This is an addendum to ticket DPW000048522, please see photos for additional details. City tree encroaches on author’s home. A trim of the tree to the city line is required. City will not trim their City’s tree. The author called Dominion Energy and a work order has been established for same request. Their work order number is 32621229. Please coordinate with Dominion Energy to have the City tree cut back to the City line. The author’s being forced to perform administrative duties that the City refuses to perform. Author will not and can not let this go away. City refused same in 2018 and was explained that City tree is required to encroach by 19 feet before trimming. Author followed up in 2019 and let the dormant results from the City stay dormant. Now that dormancy is adamancy. Please have your City tree cut back to the City line.
