Description
Two maple trees in front of my house have never been maintained, pruned or cut back by the City of Richmond. The house was built in 1960, owned by my parents and the family still lives here. I have put in a request years ago and by checking your records, you will notice that no one has ever maintained these two trees after 1960. Whenever a strong wind comes, large dead branches fall, just missing parked cars. Last year, Public Works had to pick up an extremely heavy, huge fallen branch.
