Citizen would like the tree to be assessed she has had several branches fall yard and in front of home she does not park her vehicle under the tree afraid it will cause damage. last request 101000067262.

    Caller phoned back in to check on status of request, larger tree (on right side of property when facing road) hasn't yet been removed issues & has ongoing issues with dropping large limbs onto property. Caller also looking to report smaller COR tree at same address (on left side when facing road) for unhealthy limbs
