Description

Citizen has been waiting two years to have her trees serviced and trees are being pruned and cut down all around her. Pervious ticket closed with comment complete as of 5/5/19. Citizen stated no work was ever done.

    Ms. Parker called to check on the status of removing a tree. She stated another huge limb just fell out the tree. She will send pictures to attach to her ticket. Tree is on a contract removal list.

    Says she was told that nothing was wrong with tree. Says she has been calling since 2018. Says trees has branches has been falling. Says what if something happens to vehicle. Says she just came home the other day and branches is in yard on side walk etc. Caller is frustrated. Advised caller of the listed notes. Please reach back out to caller with info.
