    Crew proceeded to location of issue. Upon arrival to location crew observed that the NEW YORK STANDARD pole was within acceptable limits due to its installation process. Crew observed that one of the street name signs was broken out of its mounting bracket and damaged. Andre Cannady Russell Bradbury Truck: 4908
