Description

I got a reply to an earlier request that this problem was taken care of and the case DPW000052196 was closed. Naturally, nothing has changed and the tree is still standing there for now. What about this situation has changed? Why was my earlier request closed if nothing has changed? This tree needs to be removed - stop lying about it.
