Description

Broken Asphalt, Tall Grass, Accumulated Dirt in gutter and bicycle lane on Oregon Hill Parkway going up to Overlook from Lee Bridge. Unsafe conditions for bicycles and very unsightly. Several hundred pounds of debris. Storm drain at bottom of hill also stopped up with debris. Recent road patching, but debris not removed.
