Description
About two wks ago, W Franklin St from the 3900 to 4100 (or further) was repaved. The quality of the work is very poor. and should be redone. The asphalt is thin and uneven. It looked better before repaving. The areas that were low due to utility work are still low. The curbside areas have blacktop in some areas and not in others, which causes leaves and trash to pile up causing sidewalk floods where you step off the curb to get in the car. Also, the machines burned trees on the North side of st.
