Description
This is a townhome community and we have owners requesting tree service behind their homes at 7559-7567 Ingelnook. The trees are on City property, adjacent to a chain link fence. Some trees are hanging over the backyards and also encroaching on the homes themselves. Some are leaning toward the homes. We would appreciate hearing from you as soon as possible regarding this matter. As President of the HOA, True Timber could do the work and bill to the City, if that would be acceptable. Thank you.

- Staff · June 16, 2020Response from the Acting Maintenance and Facilities Manager: I am familiar with this location. There is a row of cedar trees along Chippenham that are in city ROW, but there are also trees in between the city ROW and the townhomes. We have had several of the cedars fall over during storm events. I will talk to Ms Miller about the trees and just an FYI, no True Timber will not do the work and then bill the city. - Staff · June 16, 2020Response from Arborist M. Staton: I looked at this the other day. I’m calling today to follow up. This is an older ticket that I inherited. Thanks! Sent from my iPhone
- Staff · June 16, 2020Just spoke with the Arborist M. Staton. He has been in contact with Ms. Miller and she will have True Timber do the work but he explained to her that COR would not be responsible for the work.
- Staff · June 22, 2020Spoke with property owner. Property owner stated they would hire a private arborist to trim trees. Arborist explained the application process to trim trees on city property and stated this would need to be approved before work could be completed.
