Description

There is vegetation that is putting pressure on my internet wire and my electric wire. The vines that are behind my fence are pulling down the wire and exposing some of the wire beneath the rubber exterior protecting it. I want to know if I will be charged for this or if this is something that the city can take care of since it's not on my property.
