Description

detailed that the city came by and removed what appeared to be two healthy trees on his street. He mentioned that the city typically posts signage on trees slated for removal, and is concerned that two healthy trees were cut down because there wasn’t any indication that the trees were dead. He would like more information on what happened.

    Email from Acting Operations Manager J. Lester...She spoke with the citizen and the Arborist will be contacting him.

    alked to resident by phone. Informed resident the oak had substantial deadwood where pruning would've removed the majority of the tree ultimately killing it so removal was warranted. Maple in front had significant decay and this decay was shown to the resident.
