All-way stop installations must meet the criteria in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). This is a federal manual used by all fifty states to evaluate traffic control devices for streets open to public travel. I have reviewed the intersection of Ingram and Midland and it does not meet the conditions set forth in the MUTCD for an all-way stop. We will ensure the existing stop sign is visible and 25mph signs are on Ingram. MFR -See my email related to this request.TAB
