Description

The 14th St. Bridge still has numerous people loitering and fishing off of it. This is in direct violation of Governor Northam's order to maintain social distancing. There is no way to cross the bridge and maintain social distancing with the people fishing and lounging. If they want to fish off the bank, fine, but the bridge is for pedestrians to cross to access the city and social distancing can not be maintained in this current state. Attached an example. This is happening daily, all day.

This is a public sidewalk. DPW does not enforce social distancing. Fishing off the 14th Street Bridge is not in the perview of DPW enforcement.
