Description

I have a tree between my house and my neighbor's house that has a branch that is basically resting on the power line. The tree has vines up it and one branch has already fallen due to vines and I am worried this current branch will fall down and hit the power lines. The power lines run across my yard to the neighbor's house which is vacant but under renovation. Dominion Power was out a few days ago and trimmed several other trees but did nothing with the most concerning one
