Description
Cars speed down Montrose Ave between Henrico Blvd and Culpepper St. There is a only a yield sign at Walton Ave and Montrose Ave, so speeds of 45+ mph are easily and often reached as cars proceed down Montrose Ave. There are 3 handicapped individuals on this 2 block stretch. It’s a very unsafe situation. Please monitor the number of cars passing down this street + speed limits and consider new traffic mitigation measures that could include a speed hump on Montrose Ave between Henrico Blvd and Walton Ave.
