Description

A large City tree was removed two years ago and the stump was to be removed shortly thereafter... it is unsightly and hinders door opening on parked cars. It would be great if this Large Stump could be removed... (a stump in adjacent tree well IS on scheduled to be removed - perhaps could be done same day???)
