Description

I previously placed this request as well and it was closed without any work being done. Cedar street (all the way from E. Broad Street to Mosby Street) is in such bad shape that i think that the repaving of the street has become extremely essential. Considering the steep incline and the potholes it is an extreme hazard. - See more at:
