Description
A large limb (in excess of 25' long with two main branches) is suspended in the canopy of a large oak tree above the road. If the limb fell, it would damage vehicles, injure persons, and most likely block the street. The limb is not connected to the tree and merely "hanging on." A strong gust of wind could knock it down. This is a danger on a street where many children, dogs, and citizens walk, ride bikes, and otherwise are underneath this limb.
