Description
There is no selection for gutters on our street filled with leaves, trash and debris.... I want to report that our street gutters are filled with such and this is obstructing drainage and litter. I have cleaned up my front and my neighbors however this is the entire length of 36th street from Midlothian to Hull street.

- Staff · March 10, 2021These conditions of leaves and debris impacting the curb line and gutters are not handled by DPU or the Stormwater utility. These concerns and conditions warrant street cleaning and review by DPW for roadway maintenance cleaning. DPU addresses water once it enters the pipes and inlet structures. Because this complaint involves trash on the roadways this should be reviewed by DPW.
