All-way stop installations must meet the criteria in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). This is a federal manual used by all fifty states to evaluate traffic control devices for streets open to public travel. I have reviewed the intersection of Perry St and W. 26th St and it does not meet the conditions set forth in the MUTCD for an all-way stop. We will plan to install 25mph signs along Perry St. MFR – Please see my email on asign work order. TAB
