Description

On New Kent Avenue between 31st and 32nd street (closer to 31st), there is a very large old tree that has a huge broken branch that is balancing on a "stable" branch. It has not fallen yet but when it does, it could hurt people below in cars, sidewalk, and there are power lines and a house also at risk. The branch is hanging over the back of 800 West 31st.
