Description

Litter is all throughout Exchange Alley and has been non stop for over a year. There is a constant assortment of trash and damage constantly being done to the extremely historic Exchange Alley Street and Cobblestones. Litter is a constant problem. I cleaned the entire Alley a few evenijng ago and the next day it looked just as bad as the day before. Please give some much needed attention to this beautiful alley.
