Description

The Cobblestones in Exchange Alley have completely been torn up from Dumpsters and Big Trucks driving through. This is one of the most historic alleys in the city and everywhere in the alley there are holes and cobblestones that have been torn up. Please fix this extremely historic street the proper way by replacing the Cobblestones and Repairing the street properly. there are also many concrete temporary fixes that need to be converted back to cobblestones.
