Description

There are over 5 dumpsters in Exchange Alley and they are constantly being neglected by the city. The Trash Collectors constantly allow litter to fall from the dumpsters and do not clean up any after the messes they make every single day. ALong with dumping trash all through the historic alley they have also ruined the state of the cobblestones that are there. This historic street now has several holes and the cobblestones are all being pulled up from the dumpsters and the neglect of drivers.
