Description

The alley behind our house has washed out some and has deep ruts, dips, and holes in it. It is a gravel alley and repair has not been repaired in a while. It is a dead end alley, but most houses have driveways/parking off of it, and water fills into the holes and dips, making it hard to drive through when there is a lot of rain, and hard to drive down in general as it has gotten so rough.
