Tree is coming over onto her yard and there's acorns that is bending up her car. Also she has difficulty walking and the acorns are where she parks her vehicle. Caller states nothing was done.

Caller phoned back in regarding tree issue, mentioned she has MS & has difficulty walking. Confirmed with supervisor that Urban Forestry report below would only be for tree out front of property, trees behind that hang over alley would be considered private & would need to be maintained privately.
