Description

Alley needs re-grading, potholes repaired, gravel added, it is in poor shape, there are trees and branches and overgrowth that needs to be taken care of. Trash cans cannot fit because of the overgrowth. Major potholes are scattered throughout the alley behind 3002 5th Avenue
