Description

First I would like to thank the city of Richmond for finally cutting down the big tree located across from my home at 3210 French St. Crews are removing the final part of the tree stump that’s left. The problem that I saw this evening was with all of the wood chips from grinding the stump instead of cleaning up the debris they blew it all across the street in to the gutter across from where the tree use to be. I would only hope that the city or someone is going to clean it up.
